Where
we Practice

Our office is located in southern Miami-Dade County, Florida. Specifically, we are in Kendall area suburb. In fact, we are just a few minutes drive from both the Palmetto expressway to our east and the Florida Turnpike to our west on North Kendall Drive.

We know most of our clients hate the congestion of downtown and the local urban areas that have too much traffic and too little parking. With this in mind, we do everything we can to make our clients’ visits to our office as easy as possible. Not familiar with the South Florida area? Give us a call for questions about our location, parking or any other inquiries you may have. Additionally, clients that are unable to travel to us can request a virtual consultation. We also can arrange to visit you if you are injured and being treated in a South Florida inpatient facility if requested in advance.

Our
vision

Our family sticks together in good times and in bad. that’s why, we bring that philosophy with us to the office every day because the clients we agree to represent are like family to us. We will fight for your rights and make sure you have a helping hand you need.

Recovering accident victims that have suffered catastrophic injuries because of another’s negligence often describe feeling overwhelmed. Unfortunately, the limitations that have been forced upon tend to limit their independence. Moreover, they are forced to rely on others for basic activities of daily life.

We strongly believe no one should have to endure a long recovery alone. That’s why, we do whatever we can to ensure our clients know we’ll be there to help them every step of the way. Above all else, they can relax knowing we will take the fight to the at fault parties. Meanwhile, they can focus on their recovery until they are ready to join the fight for justice.

Collaborating with clients and working closely together on strategic decisions is at the core of our legal philosophy. Call us today and find out more about our vision straight from the source and find out if we are the best personal injury attorneys to fight for you and your case.

What languages do you speak?

The attorneys and staff in our office are fluent in both English and Spanish.

What if I'm not from Florida?

No problem, we represent many clients from across the US and around the world.

Do I have to be a U.S. Citizen?

The state and federal courts of Florida are open to both US citizens and foreign nationals if there is jurisdiction over the dispute.

Why Miami?

Cruise
Ticket Contracts

South Florida is the birthplace of the global cruise industry as we know it today. That’s why, the majority of the biggest cruise lines in the industry maintain their headquarters in the South Florida and Central Florida areas. Similarly, that is why the majority of cruise lines require injured passengers to bring their claims in the courts of Miami-Dade county in the cruise ticket contracts.

If you were injured on a cruise ship in an accident or an onboard crime, there is a good chance you will be required to pursue your case in the federal courts of South Florida.

For example, take a look at some of the cruise lines that require claims to be brought by a Miami cruise accident lawyer in South Florida’s courts. The links are updated regularly with the most recent version of these ticket contracts that designate South Florida as their forum of choice.
